This Privacy Policy describes how AIPandit Tech (“AIPandit”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use the AIPandit mobile application on Android (the “App”), our website https://aipandit.co.in, and any related services (together, the “Service”). It also explains your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words with initial capital letters have meanings defined below. The definitions apply whether the terms appear in singular or plural.

Definitions

• Account means a unique account created for you to access the Service.

• Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a phone, tablet, or computer.

• Sensitive Personal Data includes data that is sensitive by nature, such as date/time/place of birth, gender, life events, and spiritual/astrological consultation details you provide to receive personalized guidance.

• Service refers to the AIPandit Android App, the AIPandit website, and related services.

• Service Providers means trusted third parties who process data on our behalf strictly to host, secure, operate, support, analyze, or process payments for the Service (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, email/SMS delivery, and payment gateways).

• Usage Data refers to data collected automatically when using the Service.

• You means the individual accessing or using the Service.

Collecting and Using Your Personal Data

Types of Data Collected

Personal Data You Provide

When you register or use the Service, we may ask you to provide:

• Email address
• First name (and optionally last name)
• Date of Birth, Time of Birth, Place of Birth, Gender, and Name — to generate and maintain personalized horoscope and astrological services. Your horoscope and birth chart are stored securely with us.
• Optional life events you choose to share (for example marriage, job change, childbirth) to improve personalization and predictive accuracy.
• Questions you ask and AI-generated answers, including remedies or guidance, to maintain continuity and improve your experience.

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when you use the Service. It may include:

• Device information (model, OS version, unique device identifiers)
• IP address and general network information
• App interactions (screens viewed, features used, crash logs, diagnostic data)
• Approximate location inferred from IP address (only for security, fraud prevention, and regional experience defaults; we do not collect precise GPS location unless you explicitly enable a feature that needs it)

Tracking Technologies and Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies on our website and, where applicable, in the App to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand Service performance. You can control cookies via your browser settings. The App does not use cookies to track you across other apps or services.

Android App Permissions

The App may request certain permissions to provide features you choose to use. We only access these permissions when needed for that feature:

• Internet / Network Access (required): to connect to our servers and deliver predictions and chats.
• Storage (required for maintaining sessions): to store basic app data locally (such as login/session information) so you stay signed in and the App works reliably. We do not access your personal files.
• Notifications (optional): to send reminders, updates, or consultation alerts. You can disable these in device settings.
• Location (GPS) (optional, only for a specific feature): if you enable a feature that needs precise location, we will access GPS only while that feature is in use. We do not collect precise location in the background.

Note: This list must match the permissions in your AndroidManifest. If your build does not use a permission, remove it from both the manifest and this policy.

How We Use Your Data

We use your data only for internal purposes to operate and improve the Service, including:

• Provide and maintain the Service: personalized horoscope, astrological insights, AI chat, account access, and customer support.
• Personalization: to tailor predictions and guidance based on your birth details and optional life events.
• Improve quality and safety: debugging, performance analytics, fraud prevention, and security monitoring.
• Communications: sending service‑related messages such as OTPs, important updates, and support replies. Marketing messages (if any) will include an opt‑out.
• AI model improvement (internal use only): we may use anonymized or pseudonymized birth details, life events, and chat history to improve our AI models. This data is never used for third‑party advertising or profiling. You may opt out of this internal AI‑training use by emailing us at info@aipandit.co.in.

How We Share Your Data

We do not sell your data. We do not share your Personal Data with third‑party businesses for their marketing, advertising, or other independent use.

We may share data only in these limited cases:

• With Service Providers: to help us operate the Service (for example cloud hosting, database storage, email/SMS delivery, crash/analytics, and payment processing). Service Providers may process data only under our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
• Business transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you if your data becomes subject to a different policy.
• Legal requirements: if required by law or valid governmental request, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the Company.
• With your consent: for any other purpose you explicitly agree to.

Retention of Your Personal Data

We retain your Personal Data only as long as needed for the purposes described above:

• Account and consultation data is kept while your Account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, security, or dispute‑resolution needs.
• Chat history and horoscope charts may be retained to provide continuity unless you delete them or request deletion.
• Usage Data is retained for internal analytics and security, typically for shorter durations unless required longer by law.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your data may be processed on servers located in India or other countries where our Service Providers operate. Where transfers occur, we use contractual and technical safeguards to protect your data in line with this policy.

Delete or Access Your Personal Data

You can access, correct, or delete much of your information inside the App or by contacting us. You may request deletion of your Account and associated data by emailing info@aipandit.co.in. We may retain limited data if required by law or for legitimate security reasons.

Security of Your Personal Data

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data, including:

• Encryption in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
• Access controls and least‑privilege staff access to production systems.
• Secure cloud infrastructure and monitoring.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we continuously work to protect your information.

Children’s Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
